Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel an order from “My Orders” or “Track your order” until it has been shipped. Once shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

If you paid online through Razorpay, an approved refund is sent to your original payment method and usually reaches you in 5–7 working days. For UPI payments made directly to us, we refund to the same UPI ID/bank account. Cash on Delivery orders have nothing to refund if cancelled before delivery.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos (an unboxing video helps). We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Fragrances

For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
